Rolly Gamalinda is an accomplished attorney with a rich background in both local and international legal practice. He began his legal career in the Philippines after graduating from the prestigious University of the Philippines College of Law. Rolly furthered his education by earning a Master’s degree in Madrid, Spain, which broadened his legal expertise with an international perspective. Early in his career, he had the privilege of clerking for Senator Santanina Rasul in the Philippines, where he gained valuable experience in legislative work and policy-making.
